Fairly clean brand-new hotel with very good and welcoming staff. Huge and fairly quiet property room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and separate bathroom. Marvellous and stunning location at a moderate distance from a ferris wheel. So close to the sea shore. A fairly nice way to end my trip.

Everything was perfect, including cooperative and best staff that needs training in ethics. Our room was large and silent, provided with a great view as well as comfortable beds. The bonus was great room decor and cozy bar. The location was stunning and the atmosphere was quiet. Sabayil district was worth exploring.

The restaurant was EXCELLENT with high quality food and a great breakfast brunch here, I had excellent dishes.

Located just outside of the city centre, it provides a convenient base for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel valued and well taken care of. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and some even come with a balcony overlooking the Caspian, providing a lovely view. Additionally, the breakfast spread is good, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I had no complaints.

the location was stunning - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. the room we booked was brand-new and large with a balcony, comfortable beds plus a great view. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely views from my room at Sheraton. The decor was modern and stylish, adding to the overall experience. The service was top-notch, with the General Manager herself providing her WhatsApp contact for any needs. I even received a birthday cake during my stay. The hotel's location was also very convenient and the breakfast selection was acceptable.

It's not the first time I've stayed, the hotel is very nice. Nice, polite staff. Rooms are clean. Everyone is happy).

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, staff, location and breakfast. The staff were warm, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast display was varied, and I was able to choose from different options. The hotel's location was perfect, not too far from the city centre as I could easily take a 5 minute taxi ride or a 15-20 minute walk to the nearby lively area while enjoying a breathtaking view of the surroundings. Lastly, the hotel was spotless as the cleanliness was top-notch.

I had an excellent first impression of this hotel in Baku. The staff at the reception were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and adequate lighting. One unique feature was the TV, which was cleverly disguised as a large mirror on the wall, adding a touch of modernity to the room. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel, right on the seafront, provided a beautiful view and easy access to the Caspian.

All was more than satisfactory during my stay.
